Adobe sign - takes respondents away from form, don't press submit.

I have a form set up with a signature at the end. I am using the Adobe Sign widget to collect signatures. The widget takes you out of the form itself and guides you through the process of signing. Once you sign, it leaves you with a window that says "You may close this window." Which seems sort of optional and leads people to believe they are done. If they close the window, it takes them back to the form where they can press "Submit" If they don't close the window, though, they can't actually press submit on the form itself. So that they have signed the form, but not actually submitted the contents of their form.

there some sort of workaround or idea of how to get respondents to come back intuitively to the actual form after they've gone through the esign process? I need them to actually press submit on the form itself.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to respond to this issue?

Make sure to open it via a Popup:

Adobe sign takes respondents away from form, dont press submit Screenshot 20

So, the signing process will be open in a new window tab.
