Like 1 account is keep receiving the same form like 8 times now, but originally they filled up the form only once?? whats the issue?

We received similar reports in the past. It's either a script conflict in the page to where the form is embedded or a bot or a human intentionally spamming your form.
If it's a script conflict, you can fix it by re-embedding the form using our iframe method: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.
