Our team member, Lili had already cancelled your services 3 months ago and we notice to still get charged on our credit card for the services. Please cancel this account and refund us for the past few months for the charges as you can see the services was not used at all as we have moved to another provider.
Please confirm ASAP.

That issue must have happened because your subscription wasn't canceled (if you paid through PayPal), but I wasn't able to find your account to confirm.
Could you please provide the username or one of the form's ID so we can check further?
