User billing page not updated regardless of information update

    User's last payment is not displayed on the account billing page(FastSpring- Sassy):

    Subscription ID: INT160810-1942-90443S

    Bi-yearly payment received on 10th of July 2017.

    We had an issue related our ipn endpoint. We improved that side of JotForm.

    I believe we are getting this less than before. However, sometimes we are facing this unexpected problem.

    When support team caught this, they can add missing payment information from the admin panel.
