Cancel my upgrade

    Hi guys,

    I failed to cancel my upgrade on time and we just got charged.  Any chance you can cancel the subscription and refund the amount?

    I sent a request to refund your last payment and cancel the subscription.  You should see a refund of $19.00 posted to your PayPal account within the next 5-7 business days.
