Can my clients create a login and password to save their form data for future use?

I use your service already. I want to now add commerce. So, I am thinking of increasing my reliance upon you.

Do you offer a way for those who complete forms to create an account with username and password so that the information they provide is saved? I run a science program, so your forms become my enrollment, liability waivers, etc. Parents do not want to recomplete these forms every three months or year, even. (We run a trimester system)

Do you enable creation of a dynamic table (schedule) 6 columns, up to 20 rows in which I can add hyperlinks? --to course descriptions and an enroll now hyperlink? (I have uploaded our current static schedule.)

Which integratable online commerce merchant takes the least expensive percentage from credit card payments?

Which integratable online commerce merchant will permit me to easily customize my "store front" --or embed pay buttons on a jotform or squarespace landing page to describe and offer services?

    Thanks!

Unfortunately, we do not allow collecting login credentials as part of our terms of use: https://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use

If the parents nee to update the information they submitted, you can create an autoresponder: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-Up-an-Autoresponder-Email, where you can add the edit link to their submission:
