Can I create a form from an existing excel spreadsheet

i have an existing excel spreadsheet with the information that is required for my form, can I upload this to create the form

It is not currently possible to convert your excel spreadsheet form to JotForm. You will need to manually create your form. You can easily create your form in JotForm with its drag and drop feature.
