A few customers have recently had trouble submitting submissions to our quote request form. The most recent one was from an iPad.
Can you take a look and see if there is something that we can do to improve the situation- or is this just connectivity or a browser issue the customer's end?

I have checked your web page in an Ipad emulator and notice that the Submit button is not displaying correctly.
However, I have checked the form using the direct link and see that the Submit button is displaying normally. Could you try embedding the form using the iframe embed code and see if that works?

Thanks! This seems to have worked, but I will let you know as we get feedback from customers if there is still a problem
