Go over submission limit

We have a once a year event that is getting close to our 1000 submission limit. This is by far our biggest event and is the only event we have that gets even close to 1000 submissions. What happens if we go over the 1000 submission limit? We just don't want to upgrade to a plan that would give us 10,000 which we would never use. Thanks.

You will be notified via email once you are about to reach or exceeded the monthly limits. The email message will recommend you to upgrade to the next plan. If you don't, then your account will be in over-limit status. This means that the forms will be disabled.

You can wait for the submission counter to reset back to 0. It resets every 1st day of the month.

You can increase your submission limits by performing these tasks. Please check this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/getMore.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
