Trying to make a decision for the next fiscal year.
FormStack says they offer forms that are 100% HIPAA compliant. They are very transparent about that.
The only thing I can see that JotForm offers in terms of HIPAA compliance is that your service can be used in a HIPAA compliant way (https://www.jotform.com/answers/333046-Is-JotForm-HIPAA-Compliant )
What more can you offer in terms of HIPAA compliance than this article? Is JotForm currently obtaining a certification for this?

We can work with enterprise level users to ensure compliance:
However, with our standard forms and subscriptions, compliance would be up to the user. We do not enforce compliance on our end for regular accounts. This is pretty much the exact same as what Formstack is offering as far as I can tell. Their base subscriptions do not include HIPAA compliance and do require different usage.
