Can I have passwords or unique codes for discounts in form?

i would like to offer unique discount codes to gyms etc to get 10% off meal plans, so when they click the link on my webiste it would say enter coupon code to access the form is this possible?

Or you can manually calculate discounts, for example, I created the below form:

So if the test123 is entered in code field, the 15% discount will be applied.
