Hello-
Very impressed with your level of service and responding to questions!
I'd like to upgrade to the paid service but I'm wondering if there's a way to use the forms in this way.
GOAL-
I'd like the to use the form so that the 'client' can fill out one portion of the data (information, uploading etc.) and then have the selected reviewer be able to see the information (listen to the recordings etc.) and then type a review, or add a file of their own.
QUESTION -
Is there a way to allow the reviewer to access the form or form data - and add their comments/review without being able to edit the original content?

It is possible to create the form that will have an approval process.
A General Approach on Building an Approval Process Workflow
You can use conditional logic to prevent the reviewer to edit the data that the user entered.
Smart Forms Using Conditional Logic
To achieve this you will have to use a Get Form Page URL widget.

You will need to set condition that will disable the fields that were filled by the user, if the Get Form Page URL widget stats with https://www.jotform.com/edit
