Not able to login to my account

    All three of my forms are not appearing and are showing a "Form Not Found- Form is Disabled" alert. I've tried disabling and enabling the forms, but to no progress. 

    Also, I logged out of my account to see if perhaps logging back in would solve the issue, but now my account has been "autosuspended". I need help with this as well.

    I have not published these forms yet, so they are not able to be viewed on our website. I'm waiting for our non-profit status to be completed to move forward with purchasing an upgrade that deletes the JotForm logo at the bottom of each form.

    I've attached photos of the alerts I'm currently receiving in hopes that we can get these problems resolved.

    Your account got automatically suspended by our anti-phishing filter tool. Upon investigating your form, I did not see any fields that violate our terms of use.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    I have now activated your account back in good status. You can now use your account and manage your forms properly.
