Quiz app: Multiple choice questions is not working correctly if the field shuffle option is set to Yes

I am trying to create a quiz that is multiple choice. How can I set this up so if they select the wrong answer, they get a notification that they need to retake it? It is a Pass/Fail test.

You will have to assign the calculation values for the multiple choice fields and perform calculations inside of the form.

That Quiz app was very helpful, but one of my questions has to have 3 answers selected, and not matter what I do, even if the correct answers are selected, it still says that they didn't pass that question.

Here is the quiz form. The correct answers are selected.

Here are my results from a test submission. No matter what answers are selected on question 2 it says its incorrect.

I tested your form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue 2 out of 3 times. 

After that, I cloned your form and I set the quiz on my cloned form. Mine cloned for is also not working as expected. Sometimes an answer is correct and sometimes is not. 

It seems that an answer will be correct only if the selected options are shown in this order:

There is a statement that dimensioning and tolerancing is per ASME Y14.5M, 

Basic dimensions are used, 

Leaders to component feature have feature control frames

You can see on the first screenshot that Basic option is first. 

The Shuffle option is enabled on your form and this is causing mentioned issue. 

I will escalate this issue to our developers and we will inform you once this issue is resolved. 

For now, I can only suggest you to turn off the Shuffle option for the field 'What are the three (3) distinguishing drawing elements that indicate the ASME Y14.5M GD&T standard is being used?'.

I turned the shuffle option off and it appears to be working. Thank you.
