We have stopped receiving responses from our survey. Our clients have mentioned that they have filled out the form but we have not received anything.

    Your were not receiving notifications, because your email address was in bounce list:

    We have removed it from the bounce list already, so you should start receiving notifications. Please make sure to also check your spam folder, if you find a notification there, mark it as NOT SPAM, otherwise, that could send your email to our bounce list again.

    In addition to this, we would recommend you to whitelist our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    Thanks. I’ve missed emails though from last week that I did not receive. How could I retrieved old emails? Im having trouble logging into my account. I clicked forgot password but haven’t received a reset email from you.

    Your username is "Life365", and it is registered with the email address "release@life365portraits.com". We have sent the reset instructions to the registered email address, please check your inbox, and if it is not found there, check your spam folder.
