Support forum thread links not working

I was reading the support article on enabling auto-fill on forms, and I saw a few links under "Related Forum Questions" in the left sidebar that appear to be pertinent to some questions I have, but when I click on these links, they redirect to the "My Forms" page. I'm pasting the URLs here:

Is there a way to access this support forum content?

The links you provided are private threads. This means that only JotForm staff and the user who opened that thread can view it.

If you have any issues related to the Save and Continue function, please let us know so that we can assist you.

Got it. Seems like maybe not showing the links to users who aren't privy to those threads would be less ambiguous? Or you could redirect to a page that says "The link you clicked on is a private thread."

Just a couple suggestions to make the flow a little more coherent for the user.

Thank you for your suggestion, adenachung. It definitely does make sense for one to be able to be notified of the status of the thread and not be redirected to an error page. I will have this recommendation to our developers.
