Are there limits on conditional formatting?

Hello, 

We're looking into a form solution for our insurance agency. I have a few questions:

-Do you have conditional formatting/logic rule capabilities?

-What is the limit on the number of forms we can have?

-We have three branches (all the same company, just different locations) so if we publish the form to all three websites, does that 1 form count as 3? 

-What are our options for exporting forms? We would like to receive individual submissions as PDFs if possible.

You can Download all your submission data in PDF/Excel/CSV formats. Or if you prefer you can download a single submission in PDF format. Also you can setup email notifications with optional PDF attachments.
