Hidden fields data appear in the confirmation email

    Hi,

I have hidden fields in the form and they insist to appear in the sent email even when they get hidden at the moment you fill the form. This hidden fields are always with a data because of a calculation process that includes all of them, but each client has to receive only the result that appears according to what they choose.

Can you help me with this?

    Thank you.

    Thank you for contacting us.

The workaround is to disable an Update Email option under Advanced tab of the Autoresponder.

Then, delete the rows you would like to hide from the email template.

Hi, thanks for answering my question.
I can't delete the rows because each of them depends on the distance shown
in the drive distance widget and each client has a different need. The
thing is that, what ever his choice is, he shouldn't see the other fields
in the confirmation email, once its hidden in the form.
    Exemple
The client chooses to go from Rio To São Paulo
The result says that its 450 KM away
In the form he will see only the field that correspond to his choice wich
is: "Valor do trajeto acima de 250Km" and the others will also be filled
automatically but will not be seen in the form and it shouldn't appear in
the clients confirmation email even if all the fields are filed.
What I mean is that the client should see in the confirmation email only
the field that correspond to the result of his drive distance.
    Thanks again.

You would need to create and customize an autoresponder per each possible result, and then create a condition(per each autoresponder) to trigger the proper autoresponder depending on the user's choice: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer

Hi, I tried to do what you said, I created 4 different notification emails
but now it sends 4 emails at the same time to the client and I couldn't
find any condition to solve this.
    Thanks again.
