How can I remove the JotForm footer?

Would you please advice how to remove Jot form logo and create your own jot form link from the active site. It is really annoying when we use it for public use.

Upgrading to any of our paid plans will allow you to remove the JotForm Footer below all your forms. As soon as you're upgraded, just head over to your Account's Settings page to disable it.
