    Why are we not receiving email notifications?

    Good day,

    We have been receiving numerous complaints because clients have apparently been registering for our summer camp program, but the following has been occurring:

    1. We (the administrators) do not receive any acknowledgements via e-mail (though we've signed up for two auto e-mails to our camp administrators);

    2. Nor do the parents receive an auto-confirmation (though this feature has been set up);

    3. Nor are people able to sign up. We do not even see their submissions (although they report that they got as far as the "Thank you" page, then do not receive an auto reply).

    Would you please look into this on a rush basis? We require the form to be up and running by Thursday at the latest in order to confirm registrations for next week Monday, onwards.

    I have even tried submitting a registration as a 'fake parent' and nothing was sent to me. 

    In order to subdue the problem in the interim, I implemented the "disable" function as a temporary measure until this has been resolved.

    I have been checking your email notifications and noticed that your emails are sending just fine, the last  one was on July 10, 2017. You may check your email history by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

    I would also recommend you to check your spam/junk folder, may be that some emails ended up there and if that's the case then you should  only mark the emails as not spam. This guide will also help you to know why emails may not be sending: Why-I-am-not-Receiving-Email-Notifications
