iFrame Payment Link

Hello,

I'm having difficulty adding my iFrame payment link from my CRM system to the Jotform I created.  In the past with the old version of Jotform, I was able to add this link, which allows me to collect my clients payment information and process it.

I tried to add this link via the "Submit" button properties, but all I get is an error message.  Is there another way that I can have this link added? I'm not understanding what I'm doing wrong especially since the "Properties" area for the Submit button has an add "Link" area.

If you would like to switch back to V3 builder, you may do so by going to your account settings page  https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

However, with regard to your concern on adding an iFrame payment link from your CRM, as I do not recall a possibility of adding on the submit button's properties a link. Do you have an existing form which has this?

Thanks for your response!

I know in the past I was able to add this link for payment or registration into the jotforms I created. It may not have not been via the “properties” from the “submit” button, but I know I had the capability in the past.

Is there a way for me to add this link?

Could you please take a look on the following guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page 

The users will be redirected to the link set up on the form settings once they click on the submit button.
