PDF submissions being downloaded with the "IP address has been banned".

    One of our colleagues cannot open the PDF reports that are generated when a submission is received. Not sure why it would be blocked for phishing. Please help. Thank you.

    Hello,

    I checked your form. I cloned it and sent a test submission. I can download and open the pdf attachment on the notification email. The form ID that I checked is 70801291280449.

    I have whitelisted your IP address. Please try to download the PDF report again. If the IP address of your colleague is not the same as yours, please provide us the IP address of your colleague.
