Urgent - My form has been disabled

    Form entitled 'CEE ATTR Advisory Board Survey' has been disabled and I cannot enable the form?

     

    Please help!

    Do you all pick and choose what questions to answer?

    Does your 24 hour support apply to all of your customers?

    If so, why have you not replied to the numerous questions sent regarding my account?

    We do not decide what questions to answer, we get assigned questions randomly and we also answer all of the questions we receive. 

    Does your 24 hour support apply to all of your customers?

    Yes, we provide support for all of our users, free and paid. 

    If so, why have you not replied to the numerous questions sent regarding my account?

    I can also see you have already received a reply there. Please share the other threads you have opened, we will be glad to check them.
