I sent a question regarding a disabled form yesterday. Since I had not received a response from your 24-hour support staff, I decided to login to see if their was an inbox message.
To my surprise, my account was AUTO-SUSPENDED.
It would be nice if you sent an email or warning explaining the reason for the suspension.
I'm in need of accessing my form.
If my account is suspended, I want to delete all of my information form your system and find a more reliable, customer friendly site to use!

I checked the account associated with apaulklopez@gmail.com and it is not suspended. Your forms should currently be usable. We did follow up with your other thread:

It seems they were not able to find your account previously. As far as I can tell though, you should be able to use your forms at this time.
