Unable to download uploaded files. It shows "Access Denied" error message.

    i am having trouble downloading, this is will open <Error><Code>AccessDenied</Code><Message>Access Denied</Message><RequestId>6487E242025BDDC9</RequestId><HostId>zwoG+kZOhumObAqibhf6Mu40jUxhVZ5CMXp1yW4Waqr+WjMAHxxOycWAbX3Qv4WJxq1M0yc63Q8=</HostId></Error>

    Hello ricardo,

    What is your JotForm account username or the email address you have used in your account profile? I am unable to find any details with your email address cards631@gmail.com 

    Alternatively you can also share any of your uploaded file URL which is showing "Access Denied" error message and we will take a look.
