Almost out of space

    Hi,

    I'm a bit confused.  Could you explain why I'm getting a message that we're almost out of space. We upgraded to unlimited storage space. Our data history shows 0 Upload Space used of 100 MB. Can you also explain the difference between Upload Space and Submission Storage Space?

    I checked your account and it is under the Storage plan which gives you unlimited Total Submission Storage. The Storage Plan has the same limit of the Free user except for unlimited Total Submission Storage. This is the total number of submissions you can store on your account.

    The File Upload Space limit for the Free user is 100 MB. The submissions can have file attachments on them and these files will take up the "Upload Space" limit. You need to clear your File Upload Space by deleting the submissions with attachment files. Keep in mind that deleted submissions are not recoverable.     Thank you for the response. However, my data usage indicates 0 Upload Space has been used. And you've verified that we have unlimited submission storage. So...why are we getting the message at log in that we're almost out of space and need to upgrade???

    I checked your Account Usage and I can see that you have 75 submissions. This is the number of submissions you can receive on a monthly basis. The limit for the Free account is 100 submissions per month. Every 1st day of the month, the submission and form view limits reset back to 0
