I am receiving notifications about a firm submission but cannot find any record of it in jotform

I have a few forms set up in Jotform and I have Zapier integrated so that when someone submits a form, it sends me a message in slack to inform me of a new form submission. I have received 2 new slack notifications today about a form being submitted but when i go into Jotform to view the submissions there is nothing there. 

I know the submissions to be real as my sales team has informed me that they were present with the customer when they submitted the forms.

Please could you look into this issue
