    How can I prevent my form and account from being disabled again?

    My account was disabled. I do not know why. I wrote in to inquire and waited a bit. I did not receive a message, but my account (and DropBox form) were re-enabled.

    I assume that my account was disabled for "phishing" because I have a field labeled "password." However, I am not collecting passwords. Users are being asked to supply a password that I provide to them for an additional layer of security on DropBox uploads.

    How can I prevent my account and form from being suspended again?

    It seems like you have already deleted the password field from your form. That has lower the phishing rate your form had, so it is not longer considered as a phishing form by our system. Also, we have whitelisted your form to prevent this from happening again.
