Hello! I recently updated our account to the Silver level and am curious if there is any way that we could potentially change the username. This account was acquired from a previous employee who has since left the organization. Can you please help us out with this request? Thank you!

Yes, we can change your username. Just please let us know what would be the new username. We suggest giving us at least three (3) usernames so we can use the other just in case the preferred one is no longer available.

I've changed it. I used foxcitieschamber. You need to clear your browser cookies for Jotform before logging in again. You also need to update the custom form URLs if you are using one in your forms. Here's how: https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-form.
