The PDF Attachment is showing an IP Address Banned message

    When a client fills out my form, I get an email with a PDF of the form. 

    I just received the email of a registration, but the form attached said my IP address was banned and to fill out the form to have it restored. 

    However, I cannot fill out the form, it is not fillable.

    HELP ME!

    We had this issue a few weeks ago. We've fixed it already. Is this a new submission or a relatively old one? Like July 8th? If it's old, we suggest getting the PDF in the form submissions page: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions. If not, let us know the date so we can inform our developers about it.
