Where are my forms?

I downgraded our account unknowingly and when I logged back in none of my old forms were there and the account is empty?!!! our user name is 5pointfilm

I have checked your account 5pointfilm and see that is currently holding Bronze subscription plan. It looks like that you have already upgraded your account again. The account is active and good in standing. Please check and let us know if you need any further help.

There are 14 forms in your account and you should be able to view them once you log in to your account. If you still notice any issue with the account, please try logging in to a private/incognito window or a separate browser to see if that works.
