I have had several customers complain about extended wait times or errors when trying to submit their information. Is there something that they are doing wrong?
We LOVE jotform and have been very pleased, but we are concerned that people will get frustrated and give up. I have deleted unnecessary upload areas, but is there anything else we can do?Page URL:

We're sorry to hear this happen on your form.
May we ask what the exact errors they get when trying to submit the form?
For your information though, uploading does not only depend on our server's speed. The user's internet connection speed is also a big factor. If they are uploading huge files and their connection is on the slow side, it will cause the form to take much longer than usual to finish uploading the files.
If your form isn't embedded in another page, I will suggest that you use only one "Multiple Upload" field as it displays a progress indicator for the uploads.
Your users will not feel restless waiting for a huge file to upload as they will know how fast the upload is progressing, and that the upload isn't stalled or anything.
Note that deleting the upload fields currently in your form will also delete the files submitted to them. You should keep a backup of the files before replacing the many upload fields with a single "Multiple upload" field.
