My email was added to the bounce list but this is all my fault. My purse was stolen and so I had to cancel all my credit cards / debit cards. I forgot to update my business email account information in time and so it sat "closed" for several days. I don't want to change my account email since it is my main email. I just don't know what to do since my mistake made it land on your bounce list.

Generally, the email addresses are added to the bounce list when the emails sent are failing repeatedly due to any reason. I have now removed your email address from the bounce list. You should be now able to receive the emails without any issue.
