Can we upgrade or downgrade account anytime?

Second, I see that you say you can upgrade/down grade at any time. We have an event in September...so if I upgraded to a bronze level now, then in October I could go back to the free account? And then upgrade again in January for my April event, and then downgrade in May again? And keep up that cycle without losing any of my info?

Yes you can upgrade or downgrade your account anytime you want. Please note that once you upgrade your account, your subscription remains active unless you cancel your subscription yourself. If you do not want to be billed again, you need to cancel subscription anytime before the next renewal date.
