Hi, i´m having trouble with dropbox integration. In 3 forms, many files are missing in the dropbox folder. How can i resend them.
Can you help me fix this problem.
I´m printing sets of 40 photos for my costumers. But i only got 33max, in the folder. HELP!! I don´t wat to download photos one-by-one.

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences caused by this issue. I tried to reproduce the same problem on my end, and it is confirmed that not all files are being sent to Dropbox. There probably is something wrong with either our Dropbox integration codes or Dropbox's API performance.
I will have to forward this problem to our developers so they can find out its root cause and apply a fix if it is indeed on our end.
As for the photos not sent to your Dropbox account, the only solution now is to download them one by one. If you need help with this task, please do let us know.
We can download them and send the files to your email.
