I have a form for small group leaders to submit a report after a meeting. Currently they have to manually type the name of each person present at their meeting and then count how many people that is and enter the number in a separate "total attendance" box.
I'm wondering if I can make a checklist of all the people in their group and allow them to simply check the name of each person that was present and have the form automatically calculate how many people that is? Can I make a form that will do this?
