You can easily create a form like that.

Just click on form builder tool called Upload File from the left bar , then go to Show Properties and you can customize the size limit of your form.

Once on the general settings,  click on the field next to Max File Size and type the desired amount in Kb.

Keep in mind that 1024 KB = 1MB , so for example if you want to allow a maximum size of 25 MB to be uploaded, you need to enter 25600 in that field .

Our maximum file upload limit is 1GB per upload, so this should be max file size limit for FTP. The limitations may depend on what account type you have:

Free account type users have 100MB of upload space.

Premium users have 10GB of upload space.

Professional users have 1TB of upload space.

File uploads can be of any type and the form builder can define the file types allowed. If you will reach the limit you can delete the submissions with uploads to gain your space back.
