Can I change the FROM NAME of your email notifications? So that they show my name or my company? Or can it be done with Corporate account at Jotform?

    Hello dima888,

Yes it is possible to change the "Sender Name" of your form's notification email alerts. You can select any of your form field to be displayed as "Sender Name". Please check the screenshot below:

    Hello sovren,

For some reason we have received an empty response on this thread but I received your message in my email:

"But...to set any of the form field to be displayed as the Sender Name, it means we must somewhere on the form create a form field with our company's name? Am I understanding this correctly? It means having a form field that is meaningless (and possibly confusing) to the user. Could I have some additional information on this please? "

Yes your understanding is correct. Here are the steps you need to follow:

#1. If the sender name you want is not one of your form field, please add a textbox / short text entry field in your form.

#2. Set the default value of the textbox which you want to show as sender name.

#3. Hide the textbox field to ensure its not visible to your form's user.

#4. Now, you should be able to select this field as sender name in your form's notification email alert. Please check the screenshot below:
