    Can you please give me my user name and password?

    I have asked for the reset twice but still haven't received the password reset.  Can you please get me access to my account that I already have?

    By the time I could click on the password reset link it was expired. I
    clicked on the password reset again today on your site and still don’t have
    an email to reset my password. Can you please send it to me again so I can
    get this fixed.

    I have successfully issued a new password reset instructions email. It should be landing into your email inbox as I type my reply.

    Please also check your SPAM/JUNK/BULK folders in case emails are landing there instead of the inbox.
