Hello, I have not been successful on publishing my forms for the last two days and I was wondering if someone could please check into this for me. I click publish form and nothing happens.

I checked your account and your forms, but I wasn't able to replicate this issue:
I cleared your form's cache. If you still experience any issue, please try Clearing your Browser's cache.
