Missing information in form submissions

    Hello,

    My form submissions are coming through with missing information that was put in by the user. I've tested it out myself and only about 5 of the approx 15 questions asked and answered (required to move on in the form) come through on the notification email I received causing me to ask for this information all over again. Please help!

    It is possible that the email content did not update when you modified the form fields. I recommend you to delete the existing notification and create a new one. Please refer to these guides:
