Why I can't reset password?

    Can't reset password - not getting reset email.

     

    Please update ASAP

    I tested our Password reset feature and it worked fine, I received an email instantly.

    I initiated a password reset email to the email address that is associated with the form in the above URL.

    Please let us know if you received it.
