Hide field is not working

I have the field "Choose your payment method" set as hidden, and yet when I open the form fresh in an incognito window, the field is showing without any fields being filled in yet. I have tried refreshing several times in case there is a delay in applying this setting, yet it persists.

Can you tell me how to correct this? I want the payment method field to appear only if a person selects "funds" and chooses a sponsorship level.

It looks like one of your conditions was interfering with hiding your payment method. So I paused conditon number 10. Also note that condition number 2 is broken. So I paused that condition aswell.
