The population of your MailChimp list upon submission should be almost real time. The data submitted should be available on your list in a few seconds or minutes. If the data is not added to your list, please try to re-integrate the MailChimp integration (remove current integration and integrate it again) to refresh the connection and see if this will fix the issue?
If the issue persists, can you provide us the form in question so we can further investigate?
