Need additional space for forms, only

We currently have the BRONZE payment plan (25 forms) 

We need additional forms (however, we don't need 100+ as offered in the SILVER pricing plan). How can we obtain additional forms to create, without having to switch payment plans? We only need approximately 7-10 more forms for our use.

The only way to increase the form creation limit is to upgrade to a higher level subscription.  You can disable or archive forms and they will no longer count towards the total.  This prevents the need to delete forms.  Several of your forms do look like they are no longer actively accepting submissions.  Disable or archive those.
