I am currently moderating the account with username RichardMcEwen. We have run out of our payment subscription from last year. My manager is hoping you can provide us with details on how we paid for the program last year so we can submit a similar payment and resubscribe.

I have checked your account and I can see you purchased a subscription the last year; however, it was cancelled and refunded.
