I need help adding an a general application

    Can I download a Word doc (General Application) to Jotforms or do I need to create a new one in Jotforms?

    If you want to import the Word document and convert it to a JotForm, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/answers/801026

    We recommend to create a new form and start from scratch.
