Do I need to upgrade?

    I am trying to create forms and it is saying that we need to upgrade, however, I have never needed to upgrade and we use JotForms very frequently. Can you tell me what I need to do?

    As a Free user, your account is limited to accepting 10 payments in your form as shown below.


    As per checking, you currently have accepted 36 payment submissions. You will have to upgrade or wait for the 1st day of next month for the count to reset in your account.
