it seems that as soon as I create a facebook form and post it to facebook, I no longer see that facebook page when I create the second form I can't post it to the same page. I am a real estate agent and I want to be able to post landing page forms for various strains of advertisements. For example I want a form for Renters, Buyers, Sellers, Investors and people needing a mortgage.
Do I need to make a single form with conditional links that change the form toward one area of interest question set or another?

This is correct, the JotForm Facebook Tab App is limited to one tab per a Facebook page.
To add more tabs to the same Facebook page, you will need to use an additional Static HTML: iframe tabs App which support multiple tabs. Please follow the next guide to find out how to use that App for embedding.
Adding a form to Facebook (Custom iFrame App)
Alternatively, display different form fields/sections on a single form with conditional logic.
Show or Hide Multiple Fields at Once Using the Form Collapse Tool
