When I send a test email I am not receiving the email.

    Please note that when you click on the "Test Email", the test notification is sent to the email address that is registered in your account's profile, not to the email address you have listed as a recipient. In order to properly test the notification, you need to do a real submission.

    Make sure to check your spam folder, and if you find the notification there, mark it as NOT SPAM.
